Situated in a lovely spot. Brand-new and clean rooms with a huge patio to enjoy the sunshine.

I recently stayed at C&M Residence in Chania for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, modern, and had good linens. The daily maid service was a nice touch. I also appreciated the enclosed, free and locked off-street parking. The location was perfect for exploring the less touristy and more Greek-frequented cafes and restaurants. I loved the small pedestrian alley that the apartment opened onto. a modern space in an old neighborhood with friendly hosts.

I had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, with location near the old Venetian Wall. Staff were affable, and I appreciated the host. Convenient and decent setting, views of garden.

We stayed 7 nights here, however it was a quite comfortable experience.

The location was perfect, situated on a quaint and quiet street, yet still close to all the action and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a nice balcony for enjoying drinks. Maria and Iannis were friendly and kind hosts. a fantastic place to experience the local life while being within walking distance of the beautiful harbor.

Convenient Location 📍. The location was pretty central and it was a good distance from the beach we planned to visit on Saturday.

I stayed there for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. It was located in a nice area not far from a very nice place. Didn't expect such a good place, would like to go back here again.

Absolutely loved C&M Residence! The location is fantastic in the old town, yet not along the noisy harbor. The entire place was spotless, especially the bathroom, and we loved the gorgeous blue tile work in the shower. The hosts Maria and Yanni could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with! They kindly helped sort out transportation options, took time to recommend local spots, and were even immediately available when we locked ourselves out. Also, we found the beds to be extremely comfortable.

Explored the area for scuba diving, had a terrace with great city views. Hilariously, they also provided free self parking and WiFi as if those are things I'd need. They even had a fully equipped kitchen, but who cooks on vacation?

The view outside was a little too picturesque, almost made me forget I was on vacation.

The apartment was new, bright, and stylish with excellent water pressure, hot water, and functional air conditioning. the two bedrooms with attached bathrooms on different floors were convenient. Daily garbage pick-up and regular towel changes were appreciated. the terrace was gorgeous and there were no mosquitoes. the area was quiet and the location was perfect for accessing the main part of Chania. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Maria, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Nea Chora Beach, good breakfast options, and nice dinner spots were within a short distance.

We had a fantastic stay at C&M Residence in Chania Old Town. Maria, our host, gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to less touristy restaurants but still within a short walk to the center of Chania. the apartment was clean and the bathroom was lovely. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was a bonus. We also appreciated the mid-stay towel change. the private terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy our last meal from Lagoon, a delicious takeaway. a great end to our holiday in Crete. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Location of C&M Residence Chania Old Town was excellent, close to the charming old Venetian Wall and lively square. I appreciated being able to park our rental car on the property. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful roof terrace for relaxing. The host, Maria, provided excellent support and Greek hospitality. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Chania.
